Absolutely. First-time events are some of our favorites. We handle the setup and coordination from start to finish and walk your staff through exactly what to do on the day, so a first tournament runs as smoothly as a program that's done it for years.

The earlier the better — ideally a few weeks out, so there's time to coordinate coaches, collect rosters, and hit every deadline cleanly. That said, we can often turn around tighter timelines, so reach out even if your event is coming up soon.

Trackwrestling is our specialty and what most events run on, but we build and run tournaments on any platform you use. If your league, section, or association requires a specific system, we'll work in it.

We don't provide the physical gear — tables, mats, and the like are on your end. What we can offer for local tournaments is a rental: our monitors and laptops to run the event on. We'll come set the equipment up before your tournament and pick it up afterward, so you're not scrambling to source computers.

Yes — this is a core part of what we do. We email coaches and participants, enforce entry and roster deadlines, and keep every team informed and on schedule, so you're never the one chasing people for information.

When we can be there in person, we're available on-site by request — but we can't be everywhere at once, so most tournaments we run remotely. Either way, we're reachable throughout your event, so if anything comes up on the day, you're never stuck.

We put a system in place so scratches, roster changes, and other adjustments get communicated to us and updated in the event almost instantly — keeping your brackets and results accurate in real time, no matter what changes on the day.

Yes — and you pick the style. We can run a silent tournament with an automated call-to-mat system, where wrestlers are called and assigned to mats digitally. Definitely — and it's common. A lot of programs start with a single tournament, then have us handle everything they run, from dual meets to their conference championship. If you've got a full season of events, we can set up and coordinate all of them.
