Getting started
New to this
Do we need to know Trackwrestling to run our tournament?
No — that's the whole point. We set up and configure your entire event on Trackwrestling (or whatever platform you use), then hand you a step-by-step run-day playbook simple enough for any staff member to follow. You don't need to know the software at all.
We've never run a tournament before — can you still help?
Absolutely. First-time events are some of our favorites. We handle the setup and coordination from start to finish and walk your staff through exactly what to do on the day, so a first tournament runs as smoothly as a program that's done it for years.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better — ideally a few weeks out, so there's time to coordinate coaches, collect rosters, and hit every deadline cleanly. That said, we can often turn around tighter timelines, so reach out even if your event is coming up soon.
Setup & platforms
How the build works
Do you only work on Trackwrestling?
Trackwrestling is our specialty and what most events run on, but we build and run tournaments on any platform you use. If your league, section, or association requires a specific system, we'll work in it.
What exactly do you set up?
Everything the event needs: brackets, weight classes and divisions, seeding, mat assignments, scoring, and weigh-ins — all configured and ready before your event starts. You can see the full list on what's included.
What styles and sizes of tournaments do you handle?
Folkstyle, freestyle, and Greco-Roman — from small youth duals to large multi-team tournaments, state qualifiers, and NCAA-sanctioned college meets. In-season and off-season, we handle it all.
Do you provide the equipment to run the tournament?
We don't provide the physical gear — tables, mats, and the like are on your end. What we can offer for local tournaments is a rental: our monitors and laptops to run the event on. We'll come set the equipment up before your tournament and pick it up afterward, so you're not scrambling to source computers.
Coordination & the day
Running your event
What information do you need from us to start?
Just the basics: your event date, style, divisions, a rough number of wrestlers or teams, and how many mats you'll have. From there we take it — including reaching out to the coaches and participants ourselves.
Do you handle communication with coaches and teams?
Yes — this is a core part of what we do. We email coaches and participants, enforce entry and roster deadlines, and keep every team informed and on schedule, so you're never the one chasing people for information.
Are you on-site during the event?
When we can be there in person, we're available on-site by request — but we can't be everywhere at once, so most tournaments we run remotely. Either way, we're reachable throughout your event, so if anything comes up on the day, you're never stuck.
What if something changes last minute — scratches, roster changes, weather?
That's normal for tournaments, and it's built right into the playbook. We put a system in place so scratches, roster changes, and other adjustments get communicated to us and updated in the event almost instantly — keeping your brackets and results accurate in real time, no matter what changes on the day.
Can coaches, parents, and fans follow the results live?
Yes — because your event runs on Trackwrestling, everything is live online. Coaches, wrestlers, parents, and fans can follow brackets, mat assignments, and results in real time from their phones, which cuts way down on the questions your table gets all day.
Can you run a silent tournament with a call-to-mat system?
Yes — and you pick the style. We can run a silent tournament with an automated call-to-mat system, where wrestlers are called and assigned to mats digitally. That saves your staff from constantly announcing names and manually tracking which bouts are at which mat — a huge time-saver on a busy day. Prefer the old-school way? Your run-day playbook walks you through how to print the bout sheets and call and assign matches by hand, just like always. Tell us how you want to run it and we'll meet you where you are.
Pricing & logistics
Cost & getting started
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the size and complexity of your event — mainly the number of wrestlers or teams, the number of mats, and the format. Send us the basics through our quote form and we'll get you a clear price fast.
Do you work with schools in any state?
Yes. Because we run everything remotely, we set up and coordinate wrestling tournaments in any state, anywhere in the country — no matter where your school or club is based.
Can you run all of our events for the season?
Definitely — and it's common. A lot of programs start with a single tournament, then have us handle everything they run, from dual meets to their conference championship. If you've got a full season of events, we can set up and coordinate all of them.
